The ‘fine print’ about the paid sleep better course:
Four Tuesday evenings starting at 20.30pm (Amsterdam time). I stream live from my home to yours (via Zoom). Ideally you participate live, but I will also record the sessions, so you can practice later/another day. The recording will be available for one week via my YouTube channel.

You will receive a weekly email with valuable knowledge about our sleep and practical tips on how to improve your sleep. You will receive the recorded yoga nidra for that week which you are encouraged to practice regularly.
