This is suitable for you who ‘have something going on in your body’.

As you might know, I used to work as a registered nurse back home in Sweden. My focus as a yoga teacher has always been to do yoga in a pain-free way. To focus on what you can do, rather than what is not working. Now I am finally combining these two ‘worlds’ in what is called Yoga Therapy. I am a ‘yoga therapist’ in training.
When we decide to work together I will focus on the whole of you, not just the part of you that might not ‘work as well’. We will focus on working pain-free. It will not be a quick-fix. It has most likely taken you a bit of time to get ‘where you are’ and it will take us a bit of time to ‘get you back on track’.
What is the cost
Initially there is an ‘intake’ focusing on ‘the whole of you’. It will be spread out over two 90-minute sessions. The cost for this is 80 €.
The follow-up sessions of 90-minute is 70 €. There are also packages available. Prices include VAT.
