Rather than treating individual symptoms, yoga therapy aims to restore balance in both body and mind, based on your unique needs and life situation. The practices are simple and easy to use in daily life – where they matter most.

Yoga therapy isn’t a quick fix – it’s a process. The real change happens between sessions, in the small steps you take. Everyday adjustments can make a big difference to your health and wellbeing.

Is Yoga Therapy for You?

Yoga therapy is for anyone who wants to better understand their body and support their health – no yoga experience needed.

It’s especially helpful for:

You’ll also have email support between sessions for questions, guidance, and motivation.

  • Price: €90 per session (incl. VAT)
