Your body is a phenomenal “machine” made up of various body systems with the ability to repair itself. It naturally strives for balance – but when one system becomes unbalanced, which is not uncommon, the whole is often affected: your physical, mental and emotional health.

Yoga therapy and life-coaching

For those who want to get more tailored support, I offer sessions one-to-one, where we combine movement, recovery and conversation based on your needs. Sessions take place online.

This can involve stress management, sleep problems, recovery and rehabilitation in connection with medical conditions such as cancer, life changes, menopause or a longing for more balance and presence in life.


Yin yoga – calm and recovery

Yin yoga is a peaceful and restorative form of yoga where the positions are held longer and the focus is on softening the body's connective tissue and creating inner peace.

Every week I lead an online yin class – open to all levels, regardless of previous experience. Each session is also recorded and can be viewed at your best convenience.


Chair Yoga for seniors

I offer adapted chair yoga classes for seniors, where the movements emphasis on balance, mobility and wellbeing.

There are options to book me for single classes or for a series of classes for you and your friends. The sessions take place online.

I also offer talks and workshops for companies, staff groups and associations – with a focus on recovery, movement, stress management and health in everyday life.

The content is adapted to your needs and can include, for example:

  • Practical exercises for everyday recovery and better body awareness
