Hi there, I'm Camilla

Trained yoga therapist, yoga teacher, and registered nurse.

After nearly a decade abroad, I moved back to Sweden in 2024 – settling on an island to breathe a little more freely, slow down, live closer to nature, and create space to prioritize differently.

I work with helping people feel better in their bodies and in their lives – through movement, rest, conversation, and reflection, both online and locally. My motivation is to help people come home to their bodies and feel well in everyday life – for real.
