Did you know that the average age to reach menopause is 51-53 years? And that most women have some kind of symptoms (mild or not as mild) for as long as 8-10 years prior to this… To be honest, I didn’t. And this is partly the reason for the birth of this workshop! I wanted to share, learn and connect, as well as empower us all on this transition. After all, we will (most likely) be spending most of our forties dealing with these changes, so let’s work on ’feeling fabulous in our forties’!

When we reach 40, both physically and mentally a lot of things start to happen as we slowly but surely begin to prepare for the next big ‘hormonal change’. 

What do we need to know? What is helpful to know in this time of change? What can we do to make the transition as smooth and enjoyable as possible? And where, if at all, does yoga fit in? How can we make sure to feel fabulous in our forties?!

This workshop aim to give you knowledge and therefore a better understanding about what actually is happening and what we can do to facilitate this change. You get a chance to connect with others in a similar phase. Cause lets face it; together we are strong, & freaking fabulous!! 

• Yin Yoga 
• A mini-lecture about what is happening inside during ‘pre-menopause’ & what we can do ourselves to ease the changes
• Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
• Tea & chat

Pre-booking needed. Yoga mats are available at location, but feel free to bring your own.
