Release some built-up tension by rolling on tennis balls. Focus in this session will be mainly shoulders, neck and upper back.

In this workshop tennis balls will be used to roll on to release tension, stiffness, and maybe even some stored pain from your muscles.
The rolling will be combined with a few poses to further invite relaxation so that when you leave this session you feel restored & rested both physically & mentally.
Due to Coronavirus measures, space is limited to 11 participants.
Pre-booking needed. Yoga mats are available at location, but feel free to bring your own.
